Tranquil

Room had aircon which was great during summer heat. Isolated location which means nice peace and quiet. Requested a braai and was given one with the proper utensils. Bathroom is quite spacious. Well equipped little kitchen. Dogs on the property are friendly and pose no threat

DSTV was disconnected, no smart functions on TV either. Not that it was a problem really, but a couple of minutes of dirt road driving is required to get to the property, ensure your vehicle is not lowered.

Couldn’t ask for anything more, absolutely lovely stay!

We were given good directions to the place by the owner Fabienne before arriving which was handy as the place is in a lovely quiet spot away from the main road. Fabienne and the housekeeper Rachel are absolutely lovely, we had a great time relaxing in the garden which she has turned from a vineyard into a beautiful botanical garden, we spotted loads of exotic birds and butterflies! The pool was lovely and views towards the mountains were amazing. The dogs (especially Sebby!) were lovely but if you’re not a dog person it’s fine, you have your own private area with doggy gate! We really wished we’d stayed longer and were sad to leave.

We had a very nice stay at Little Farm. It was our last night in SA before returning back home and we were sad about this but thanks to the host Fabienne and her beautiful accomodation we had the chance at a proper goodbye to SA. Meaning: lovely chat with a friendly host and staff and enjoying one last time the beauty of the SA fauna and flora! Fabienne has a big garden and we loved it, to us it was like a mini Kirstenbosch. P.S.: You don't need to be afraid of the dogs, they are so adorable, nice and cute!

Beautiful location, friendly host

Little Farm is a beautiful little oasis in the Stellenbosch-Somerset-West area. Stunning views, secluded feel and a lovely host. Thanks Fabienne! We had a great stay.

Exceptional

On arrival we received a very warm welcome and our host, Garen, was fantastic (going out of his way to be of assistance)! It is an absolutely idyllic location! Sitting outside, we were surrounded by the smell of jasmine and the most breath taking panoramic view. Our room was immaculately clean and very comfortable.

Getting an uber is quite difficult as the location is a bit off of the beaten track. However, Garen was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure we got to our dinner.
