It is close to the Labuan Bajo city center.

Great location, clean, good interior.
I did not mind, but for some it would be difficult to access due to the steep hill and stairs.

This is one of the most "bang for buck" places I've stayed in Indonesia. The room was spotless with really cold aircon, a view of the ocean and mosquito net over the bed (not necessary though, no bugs in the room). Free water refills and tea/coffee. Slight incline from the main street of restaurants, shop, bars etc. And slightly further up the hill a shortcut to the 'sunset spot'.
The only small complaint would be that shower pressure was low. But I'm sure this cant be avoided in a busy coastal location.

Good value for money, nice location
Chickens started crowing at 4 a.m. and kept going until 7. Near the dock, there’s a lot of loud ship horn noise, so I couldn’t get back to sleep. There’s hot water, but the cold water pressure is too low, so the shower is super hot.
