Very enjoyable stay in a great location- would recommend

Cosy charming little cottage which had all we needed. Location is perfect for exploring the area and though quiet and secluded is close enough to several places to eat out and to buy essential groceries. The scones and cream and pint of milk were very welcome additions!

Was in an excellent location with a few minutes walk into Betws-y-Coed for food and drinks in the evening. Comfortable cottage with lovely owners. 😊

Avoid.

I wouldn't know what the accommodation was like, as staff cancelled my booking last minute right as I arrived at the location. The owner and staff had double booked the property and had offered very minimal support towards me and my daughter's situation. On top of this, my request for a refund has been completely ignored! I'm deeply displeased with the service, especially from Francesca from Sykes who was most unhelpful.

The location was great, in the middle of town but excluded very quite and relaxing. Number of good local resturants, and accomadation had good kitched facilities. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Great spot to stay.
