Lovely apartment, fantastic value

Location is perfect, close enough to walk into town or there's a bus stop opposite that takes you straight in. Appliances were all really good quality (nice to use a fancy oven for a change!) and the kitchen is fully kitted out with cooking utensils. The flat is really lovely in itself, nice and cozy but surprisingly spacious. It was all very clean and it's decorated really nicely. The shower has fantastic water pressure too which isn't always common in the area. Checking in and getting in was also hassle free, really enjoyed my stay here!

Couldn't manage to open the bedroom window, but others opened just fine.

Spacious comfortable very clean and pleasant one bed flat.

Great location, good space, good value, very kind of host to leave milk, tea, coffee, chocolate. Comfortable bed, nice sofa, good view. All excellent.

No shower gel, bath towl too thin

Superb

Cute little flat with quirky layout. Nicely decorated with all the essentials and more. Hot drinks, milk and chocolate biscuits very kindly provided upon arrival. 15 minute walk to city centre with small shops and pubs on the doorstep.

Spacious bright apartment in lovely residential area across the road from cafes and pubs

Very comfy bedroom downstairs and nice space upstairs. Perfect for a couple of nights.

A lovely short break ideal location not far from centre and plenty of amenities nearby

Liked the fresh milk in fridge and chocolate biscuits and welcome postcard. Everything you needed in cupboards for hot drinks even Earl Grey and hot chocolate!! Also all the toiletries in bathroom everything you could need. Did not need to cook but there was everything in place should I have needed. On a purely personal note the only thing I missed was watching TV in bed not that important so will definitely be returning one day. Very nice hosts who I met on departure.

Very convenient for local shops and eateries. Short walk into town. Bus stop right across road.

Extra hand towel ( for drying my hair) would be nice.

Very comfortable stay in a great location

Beautifully furnished, comfortable and easy to access, with some lovely touches to make our stay even more welcoming (such as milk in the fridge on arrival)

Warm and welcoming place to stay.

Beautiful property in a great location. Just a short walk to the city centre and close to plenty of shops, pubs and cafes. Very homely and comfortable.

Everything you could want in the apartment. Great pub and takeaways across the road and only a short walk to the centre. Neil a very helpful host.

Warm and welcoming place to stay on coldest weekend of the year !

Easy to find and access, close to amenities & town centre, warm, bright, and comfortable, quirky layout, quiet

No big issues at all, but useful added extras could be: Plug in night light at top of bedroom stairs Clock in bedroom Full length mirror

Brilliant!

Everything it was amazing thank you!

Couldn’t find out how to open the windows but didn’t matter to us. Only 1 problem we had was that the bath when wet was very slippery and my girlfriend did slip in it but she’s fine and we soon realised we needed the bath mat in the bath lol. Thank you so much for the stay we will definitely be back soon! :)

Excellent value for money

A really lovely, clean apartment in a nice area of Norwich. Very well equipped and everything we needed for a 2 night stay - wish we'd been staying longer and will definitely book again. Exceptionally comfortable bed and a lovely strong shower - particularly liked the fact there was a bath as well.

Not really that I didn't like it, but a bigger sofa would be nice. That said, the one in the accommodation is very comfortable.

A great place in an old reliable neighborhood

the location for us was fantastic-we enjoyed the ambiance of the neighborhood-Neil was a terrific host the property is clean -a great bed and shower and comfortable surroundings

Great little flat, excellent for a short city break. Recommend the Unthank Kitchen across the road!

Great location, lots of local amenties. Really cosy and welcoming flat.

Superb

I liked the location, was in the center, very easy to go around. The parking was bit of trouble, but we were lucky to find a place in the back. the hosts are so nice, they helped us a bit with parking possibilities, there was a lot of stuff forseen to make the stay comfortable, nice little cart as well :) I really enjoyed my stay, it's deff worth it.

Nothing really, could have used a better couch, but i just like a couch moment in the evening as a lazy person

Wonderful, and definitely worth returning!

The location was perfect, and the property was spotless and beautifully furnished.

No parking, but this was made clear and it's so close to the city centre and amenities, it was no issue to walk.

Very enjoyable stay using Norwich as a base for the area

Very nice welcome note from the host - with supplies of milk, tea , biscuits etc for this self catering apartment. Pleasantly surprised to find a microwave as well; it hadnt been on the list of equipment. Host was quick and reponsive when we said there was a problem with the rear door key code; turned out to have been changed by caretaker without telling him! Location is good - though worth ensuring you have a good road map or app as Norwich ring roads are confusing.

Parking was a bit tricky for our (small) hire car. Some nights it was available on the service road to the dedicated spaces at the rear which some other flats have; on others we had to use the on road parking nearby and move the car in the morning when residents only rules etc kick in. May have been trickier due to the extra visitors for New Year.

Cosy little flat, perfect for a city break!

The flat felt cosy, well decorated, modern and had everything you may need! Was very clean and warm

We couldn’t get the rear door code to work so ended up locking ourselves out and having to go around the property
