Location is great near central Square, restaurants, market, etc. Building is well maintained. There are great views of the town and volcano in the distance from the hotel's roof patio. Good for pictures.
The shower takes a while for water to get hot and the pressure, flow is weak.

The proximity to the zocalo was perfect.

Good location, just around the corner from the zocalo. Couldn't fault the cleanliness of the rooms.
No windows in the room made it very stuffy and rather claustrophobic. No hot water for the first night. The 'background' music played in the corridors and landings was very loud and could be heard in the room, not ideal if you want a quiet afternoon after a long journey.
