We stayed here for 7 nights together with 2 young children. The best part about the property were following-
1) The locality: peaceful residential locality, completely safe, without any nuisance and the proximity to the locations we wanted to visit. Few shops nearby on the main road.
2) comfortable stay: Room amenities are basic yet includes all what you would need. washing machine, kitchenette, hair dryer and small cupboard was helpful. Everything was clean as we arrived. Bathroom had one small window for ventilation… medium size towels for use, soap gel, handwash. The studio room (Appartment 1) was small with 2 queen size beds n one bunk bed above, but still could accomodate all 4 of use and all our enormous luggage we were carrying for our longer stay. Studio room had a fan and the window has a security shutter than could be closed while keeping the window open at night.
3) safe private parking.
4) washing machine (to be shared with others) and clothes drying stand. open area in garden to sit in the sun.
the Property described offering free Wifi… but we did not find any information about the Wifi & its password inside the room.
The lighting is the room was good and sufficient, but all lights inside the studio are controlled together with a common switch which means all the spots on the ceiling are ON at the same time. While we were with small children, we felt that if the light above the beds could be switched off and only the light in the kitchenette area could be kept ON then would have been better. A seperate small light in the kitchenette or dining area in the future would be a good idea. Also some night lamp could be good add on.

Good location for me, nice area.
Unfriendly neighbour, communication with the owner was poor. Couldn’t work out from his message where to park the car or how I access the flat. Also asked for some towels for the family but couldn’t work out the response

It was in an ideal location, with many transport links to get to the Paris city and also local sites. It was in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It was a family friendly accommodation with many different supermarkets nearby as well,

Easy to find,and good position for train station to paris,closr to disneyland
Room was a bit basic,beds weren't very comfortable,and the room smelt due to damp and plumbing
