Front desk people were helpful. Appreciated having a safe and tea kettle in the room. Lots of counter space in the Kleenex in the room was nice to have. Shower was good. Convenient to have paid parking and liked having it personalized with our name on our spot. Convenient location for us to go hiking at various rock towns. Vietnamese restaurant downstairs was fantastic.
It's a nit and there was no pasword on the wifi

fantastic location, very close to the main square; modern hotel with comfortable beds; great breakfast; Jicin is a good starting point for hikes
the pillow was a bit too big and thick for me but that is a very personal thing; the parking space can get full but we found free parking on the other side of the road

Location perfect
Some rooms are without windows! In case you like fresh air make sure which room you book. I add extra night and ahd to change room where wasn't window :(

Modern facility
Service is lacking. They just make the bed but do not clean the room. Left dirty coffee cups on the desk.... Towels that were thrown on the floor were hung on the shower door. Extremely small TV - no English channels (not even news). Some breakfast items ran out and when we asked about them they told us that it was "already 10 o'clock" even though it was no later than 9:45....
