Had to call many times before they answered the phone and wait in the lobby for 40 minutes upon arrival even though I called one hour before my arrival as I was instructed to do so. When she finally answered the phone as I spoke English she was saying sorry I don't speak english and was trying to hang up ....Lucky, the Thai office lady on the property at City Center Residence took the phone and explained to the lady that I was waiting to check in and needed the key. She then came in 10 minutes and checked me in.

Wifi not stable Agent responded slowly to tenant's queries
