Very ample and comfortable rooms

Not enough tables to eat at as people from outside the hotel could book in to dine. Dining area at the rooftop not geared for some inclement weather.

the breakfast and food at the restaurant were overall very good. the staff were friendly and the check-in and check out were easy. there was also designated parking which although were limited, felt safe.

the room amenities were very basic. They had instant coffee sachets in the room which were free but if you wanted a coffee pod to use with the in-room Nespresso machine you had to pay 3$ which would have been free as standard at other hotels. The water wasn't replenished during our stay and the gym is tiny.

Lack of staff response (looks like they are short handed) No toilet paper in room, no towels in pool Bathroom shower flooding after showering Too expensive for what they offer
