Great place to stay, the apartment needs some fixes but it was very clean and nice.

Great location, clean and very fresh with the a/c.

Restroom is on the kitchen and the pillows were very flat!

Place was clean enough. That is about all.

Arrived and had to pay 2 nice men to scale the gate to unlock the ground lock to get in. No TV service. I did text to get it fixed. Totally ignored. Barking dog next door was very disruptive. After I finished my business, I left early Saturday morning for home. Did not want to spend another day or night without sleep or the amenities advertised. Will not stay there again.

The owners were very helpful and communicative. There was a mini hiccup with the fridge and they came out first thing in the morning to ensure it was functioning properly.

I love the apt but communication with hostess has been difficult my past TWO stays.

I love this location and the security of having our car locked within the gates of the property. The beds are super comfy and it has everything you need! The distance to main stores is like a minute or two and to the beach is like 5 mins which is great.

Communication issues and tardiness. This is the second time I stay. The first time I did let hostess know I would check in early and she showed up about half an hour late. This second time she asked me at what time I would be arriving and I let her know about 4 hours ahead of time but she did not respond. We arrived at the apt and had to leave as we were waiting 30 mins with no response. When she finally called me she said that she would meet me in 20 mins. So we went back to apt and the cleaning lady was barley there and had to open up for us. Our hostess arrived about an hour and half late from when she said she would be there to leave the keys. I guess if you can keep busy and dont mind waiting or struggling to communicate. This is the place!

I loved it and we are definitely going to continue to use this as our stay location when we visit!

The location was good driving distance to downtown and beach! We felt safe with our car being able to be locked inside of the gates. Has everything you need for a home-y feel. Host was VERY attentive to my needs and always available!

We didnt have wi-fi for our stay and it never got fixed but effort was made by host! You do need to take extra supplies for a longer stay like your own: toilet paper (only get two rolls), dish soap, trash bags, and laundry detergent!

Very good

Very clean, spacious common areas. Bathroom was nice. The beds were very comfortable! Close to grocery store, barber, a few restaurants and coffee shops.

Very thin walls, property is shared with another apartment and if those guests are loud you will hear them.

Very clean and comfortable. safe area, with gate for car. Comfortable bed and plenty of room.

Shower head wasn't working properly, had little water coming out of it....water was either super hot or super cold.

Internet went out 2 times. Run out hot water when taking a shower ok next day. Small bathroom for 4 people

It was a very nice place and felt like home.

It was very clean and the rooms were nice and cold. The beds were also very comfortable.

Water pressure was a little low but it wasn’t too bad
