Enjoy your time at Fira with jacuzzi and a nice view!

Mirto and her husband were really nice with us. They were very accommodating and kind! The room is well located, you can walk to the center of Fira easily. There are restaurants and market around. The jacuzzi in the outside is amazing with a wonderful view of the city!

We had a fantastic time staying here. Our host was amazing, she went above and beyond to create an incredible holiday for us, even as far as to give us a beautiful souvenir when we we leaving. Lovely villa and awesome location - highly recommend!

We loved our stay in this apartment and would definitely recommend it!

Mirto is a fantastic host and helped us with so many different things, including booking taxis and helping to make restaurant reservations. The apartment has a beautiful view and the hot tub is a great addition. The apartment is clean and has a great location - it’s about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Fira. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you Mirto!

Very friendly owners, they accomedated us even though we were late for check-in. Cute little apartment, enough for two people. Place was clean and the hospitality was great. The owners even helped us rent an ATV for the day. Hot tub was clean and fresh towels are provided daily. Overall a great experience!

Bathroom was clean, but to vent it you have to leave the window open which unfortunately had no screen to block a few bugs coming in. Other than that it was a great place to stay.

Amazing place in Santorini!

Mirto was accommodating and helpful! The apartment was clean, centrally located, and peaceful. We especially enjoyed the balcony and private jacuzzi!

Nectarios Villas was fantastic, and it’s very close to the town centre!

Mirto was an amazing host, always went above and beyond to make sure our vacation went as smoothly as possible. Cleaned every day, arranged pickup and drop off from the port, helped book us an ATV, and gave fantastic restaurant recommendations. She’s the perfect host!

The hottub jets only worked once, and then wouldn’t work again.

This place was clean, beautiful, and our host was very hospitable & helpful—10/10 would stay again.

Our host and the room were EXCEPTIONAL! 10/10 experience—this place is legitimate. I was impressed at the cleanliness of the space every day and how accommodating our host was to our schedule. She helped us set up a ride to and from the airport to the hotel, transportation throughout our stay, and even with suggestions for our trip. She was very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. It was lovely, we felt well taken care of, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends/family.

Honestly nothing... The only thing would be to keep in mind that the balcony faces the east, so there is a great sunrise view! If you are wishing to see the sunset, you will have to walk a few blocks up, but that is a small "price" to pay considering the quality of this hotel and our host, and the location being central to everything.

All in all a beautiful location in Fira, close to transportation, the eateries and shopping. We found little difficulty

It’s a quiet, secluded spot with a beautiful view of the sea. We especially enjoyed our stay due to it falling on Eastern weekend and all the festivities coinciding our time here in Santorini. The jacuzzi bath is a nice addition.

Amazing

Beautiful room very cozy and nice decoration. Really clean and with all facilities we may need. The terrace is also amazing. We were very comfortable. Mirto is the best host we ever had, always checking if everything was ok and if we needed something, either for the room or for our stay to be better. The room is 10 or less minutes walking from the city centre. Highly recommended!

Short and sweet stay, would recommend!

Perfect location, 7 minutes walk from the main town center! The views over the hillside were incredible and the accommodation was comfortable and clean! The host was so welcoming and helpful, she even helped me organise an ATV to be at the accommodation for when I arrived. Would recommend for a short visit to Santorini. I stayed on my own for two nights and it was the perfect little spot.

Water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but honestly no other issues!

Authentic studio close to the centre

Mirto was an excellent host. She helped us with our transfers form the airport and to the ferry terminal which meant we were always on time for our next stage of our journey. The property has a great balcony to watch the sunrise from. It’s really close to the centre so it’s a great location to explore Santorini from without paying the “Santorini” price tag. There’s a mini fridge, microwave, kettle and cups and plates, so you can enjoy some homemade breakfast in the room or on the balcony before heading out to explore the island.

The apartment is exactly what you expect. Is really near to the town, has amazing views and the girl in charge (Mirto) is very kind and attends you at any time. I would come back for sure!

Host arranged a shuttle from the ferry to the apartment. Beyond friendly and helpful/accommodating host; she was amazing! Close to city center but tucked in a quiet street.

No laundry facilities nearby; a little smaller than it appeared in the photos.

it was perfect for our stay!!

i loved how close to everything it was.. a short hike to the three bells of Fira where we caught a beautiful sunset also how perfect the view was to watch the sunrise! the host was very nice and sweet!

1.) There are 3 appartments and we had the one where directly in front of the balcony a big electrician mast is what distroyed the normally nice Sunrise. It was not on any picture! 2. The floor was dirty when we arrived (Black socks:))

Loved it!

The studio is very comfortable, clean and has a cozy feeling to it. The neighbourhood is also good - 8 minutes or so from the caldera view. We loved the balcony, big and spacious, with a nice view to have the coffee in the morning. The host is a very nice and friendly person, she even brought us cookies one day!

Not really an issue, but the bathroom is a little small. Also, I would have loved a little more stuff in the kitchen area.
