Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung im ersten OG. Aufzug ist vorhanden. Privater Parkplatz hinterm Haus. Großer Balkon. Überall sind Fliegengitter angebracht; toll. Dinge für den täglichen Bedarf sind vorhanden, Küche komplett ausgestattet, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett vorhanden. Bequemes Bett und im Schlafzimmer ist eine eigene Klimaanlage angebracht...im Wohnzimmer inkl. Küche ist eine weitere vorhanden.

Sympatyczne mieszkanie, w którym można było dobrze odpocząć po codziennych upałach. Pokoje były dobrze wyposażone, a łóżko w sypialni było bardzo wygodne. Łazienka całkiem przestronna, nie było problemów z położeniem rzeczy. Opcja śniadania oznaczała przygotowanie przez gospodarza śniadaniowych produktów i trzeba przyznać, że było to zrobione dobrze, bo niczego nam nie brakowało. Dodatkowym plusem była duża ilość świeżych owoców. Gospodarz zapewniał także miejsce parkingowe. Informacja o tym jak się zakwaterować, pobrać klucze i ustawiać samochód (na dwa sposoby) była bardzo dobrze przygotowana, choć przy nieco większym samochodzie trudno było dogodzić sąsiadom, którzy dwukrotnie (w ciągu 5 dni) podrzucając nam na przednią szybę anonimowe kartki prosili o ustawienie auta w drugi z możliwych sposobów.

Poca quiete, appartamento in quartiere molto popoloso, posteggio camioncino dei vicini sotto la finestra della camera, cani dei vicini rumorosi anche di notte, colazione inadeguata per qualità e quantità. Mai incontrato personalmente alcun proprietario/gestore.
