We had a very warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble. A well appointed room with amazing views including Snowdon. Drink making equipment and fridge. Comfortable seats and coffee table. Lovely en suite shower room. Breakfast was excellent and the lady went the extra mile to ensure our needs were met. She also offered recommendations for local restaurants and even booked for us.
Good parking facilities and within driving distance of surrounding attractions. The hostess and her husband are local people so were a mine of information . I highly recommend this establishment!
I honestly can’t think of anything. Perfect setting. Perfect room. Perfect eating facilities. It really was home from home.

Warm welcome by Jane, we immediately felt at home. Nice room with a view on the garden and the Snowdon mountain range in the distance. Short walk to the local shop (Spar), restaurant (Lemon Tree, Indian) and railway station. Easy hiking possible from the B&B (northeast direction), other places within short range (Beaches at Borth-y-Gest, Snowdon). Great breakfast and easy parking on site.
The local village could have been a bit more lively, but that's one more reason to not stay away :-)

Really friendly hosts that were so welcoming and helpful.
The room is brilliant, a comfortable bed great pillows for a great nights sleep, with an amazing view! Breakfast was fantastic and nothing too much trouble.

Jane ( The Prosecco Queen ) and Richard looked after us brilliantly. Lovely spaceous house with spectacular views, tasty breakfast and so very friendly. We loved our holiday at Ferlas and plan to return soon.

Ferlas exceeded all our expectations and is by far the best B&B we have ever stayed in. Made to feel extremely welcome by both Jane & Richard. Nothing was too much trouble. Very comfortable room and good breakfast choices. Views from the bedroom were astounding - even Snowdon took his cap off for us on the final day!

Loved everything about it. Jane was a fantastic hostess, easygoing and knowledgeable about the area. Room was clean, spacious, and offered a stunning view of Snowdonia mountains, including Snowdon. Quiet surroundings. And best breakfast ever :)

There was nothing to complain about that we didn't like. We will definitely return there in the near future to experience wonderful moments again and enjoy the wonderful views

Beautiful location with fantastic views.Jane and Richard were lovely hosts who did everything possible to make your stay perfect.They made us feel part of the family.We had a great breakfast every morning,fresh fruit ,full Welsh breakfast,tea coffee fruit juice.

Fabulous B&B. Jane, the host was very welcoming. Location was great for attractions. Breakfast was really tasty and plentiful. The views from the bedroom are superb looking out over Snowdonia National Park. I would recommend this accommodation and we plan a return visit in the future.

The property was located at a beautiful location. Our room overlooked the mountains which was outstanding and beautiful. The garden at the property is well maintained and is a massive unique selling point. Jane and Richard are very warm and welcoming..

The view from our bedroom was amazing showing mountains and Snowdon. The room was well equipped and the bed super comfy. The breakfast was delicious and the host, Jane, was so friendly. Would definitely recommend.

The hosts, Jane and Richard, were really lovely and make you feel very welcome in their home. The room was exceptional with comfortable chairs to sit and relax. Plus a small fridge and table. The view from the window of the mountains was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was fabulous too.

Fabulous property with views out of the windows to Snowdon. Hosts are brilliant- friendly and helpful. Great local knowledge of walks, restaurants and tourist attractions. Rooms are spotless, well presented with everything you could need. And if you think of anything else - just ask! Jane and Richard are always happy to help. Welsh breakfast is just what you need to start off any days holiday.

It was in a lovely location and were able to see the mountains in the distance and Jane was a lovely host and the breakfast was great with loads of choice.
Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get away.
