Very clean hotel. Friendly staff with 24 hour reception. Free water. Very central location for exploring Liverpool

No kettle in the room, but there's a greggs right across the road, so nipped over for morning drinks.

Good location ,clean facilities ,best quality large towels,well equipped rooms,bottled water ,added extra ,iron and hairdryer on request.nothing too much trouble.will stay again.

Only downfall quite a few steps up to reception,but help was offered if struggling with case.Take earplugs to block out music.

Value for money Great locatiol. Lime St Station and bars shopping etc. Lively bars just outside the hotel entrance. Originally booked 4 nights but having such a good time, We stayed an extra night.

Very noisy late into the night from the bars below. We where aware of this before booking, and we extended the trip by one extra night. So it didn't have a negative impact on our stay.
