The location was excellent. We only have to walk for 5min to our destination.
Initially, the room that we stayed at was not very well maintained. The washroom floor paint was coming off, looks bad. After we change to a another room, it is very much better and the room service was excellent.

easy to find thru maps and this hotel is faces the highway only.
And easy to find food because it is close to a food store. The hotel is practically in the middle of the city center.

The staff i like, and the cat cute, i forget the name already, and it a worth it cause it have own parking and gym ( not include with the hotel price ) and soon cafe and. If you happen to wake up early you can see mount kinabalu
The bathroom is smelly but tolerable and kinda old and if the smell is good i might give it 7
$$$$
