Hotel located away from City Center but situated near a rail station and with very good connection via Metro to Central Station and tram to Rijksmuseum and other main museums. Supermarket and restaurants/fast food located in it's vicinity. Facilities are very modern, clean and well kept. A kitchen and dinner area are provided and facility to wash/dry laundry. We served a good breakfast at an aditional cost ... Personell was eager to help. We got a room for four and it was fairly comfortable (exept for heat !) Population was basically young.
Weather was very hot (35 C) and room was exposed to sun. Even if AC was active, room got too warm and no window could be opened.

Good space and rooms fitting a family of 5. Nice amenities and leisure space in the common areas. Price was good, for the outrageous prices of Amsterdam.
Microwave in the kitchen was not working (a capital piece for a hotel like this). Personnel at the reception could be friendlier. Location is not outstanding, but well connected.

I liked the location, close to Amstel train station, there is a Jumbo market very close, there is a McDonalds next to Jumbo. The room is large enough.
I didn't like the initial check-in process and the infos provided which were not in full. I didn't like the fact that although on booking.com is mentioned to be parking agreed at a nearby parking area with a special price, there is no such kind of service, you pay the standard price. I didn't like the lamps stuck in the headboard which easily broke. I totally didn't like the breakfast, very poor and low quality products, small area for breakfast.

The staff named Suferio (night staff), they were really helpful and friendly whereas their supervisor at the day time is rude and don't know how to deal with customers
