Breakfast had a great selection of food. The staff at the hotel were really attentive and quick to respond to anything you asked. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

The hotel was lovely, modern and clean. The only 2 things I would mention is in the 3 days we were there the room wasn’t cleaned and cups etc were not changed. The door was knocked on day 3 but we were resting so just asked for some towels.
The other is that the room temperature doesn’t go any lower than 18, which sounds ok but it is quite warm and would be good if you could lower this further, as the windows don’t open.
Otherwise we would definitely stay in a Ruby hotel again.
