L appartement très propre , tout est mis a disposition pour ne manquer de rien , assez d espace pour 4 personnes , nous avons été très bien accueilli
L isolation de l appartement on entend très fort les gens du deuxième étage ayant loué le troisième c étais quasi comme si le groupe de jeunes qui était en dessous de nous étais dans le même appartement , je pense que l on est juste mal tombé car ils étais 6 ou 7 jeunes en dessous de nous qui claquait les portes , criaient de jour comme de nuit , du coups nous avons eu du mal a dormir, un peu juste dommage sinon le reste est parfait pour le rapport qualité prix

The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent — very close to the beach, the city centre and supermarkets, so everything is within easy reach.
We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend the apartment.

Vicina ai servizi al mare e al centro. Appartamento ampio due stanze posizionate lontane. Stoviglie presenti
L'appartamento era situato al terzo piano senza ascensore. Le scale per accedevi erano strette ed era molto difficoltoso salire con i bagagli. Materassi e lenzuola da cambiare, locale doccia presentava della muffa e a volte sgradevole odore dagli scarichi. Mancava l'aria condizionata. Inoltre se si tengono le finestre aperte i numerosi gabbiani presenti sui tetti a causa dei loro versi non permettono di riposare sia di giorno che parte della notte.

Die Lage zum Strand ist gut, lediglich ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Auch die Größe ist für eine Familie mit bis zu 2 Kids super.
Aufgrund der Bilder geht man davon aus, eine Wohnung mit großer Terrasse zu buchen. Bekommen haben wir einen winzigen Balkon. Leider riecht es im gesamten Haus und damit auch in der Wohnung muffig. Besonders merkt man es an den Handtüchern und der Bettwäsche. Die Möbel sind alt und abgewohnt. Grundsätzlich war die Wohnung sauber- bis auf einige Spinnweben. Leider gab es auch Schimmel. Besonders erschreckend war die Lage im 4. Stock ohne Fahrstuhl mit super steilem und engem Treppenhaus. Mit Kleinkind absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Was man zudem wissen sollte: Es gibt kaum bis keine Parkplätze. Es gibt einen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz ca. 10min zu Fuß von der Wohnung entfernt.
