Insane rice padies and views of Ijen. The resort was clean and peaceful. The grounds were well maintained. Food was alright, brekfast options could be improved. Great pool. Transportation arrangements were good and reliable by the resort. We got upgraded to junior suite, and view was spectacular.
Construction work at the pool, not inviting to rest by the pool.

The location (although remote) is amazing! It is secluded and inside the rice fields. The food was decent, and the room was spacious and had a nice balcony.
There was a bad smell in the bathroom (humidity), gaps in the rooftop and zero acoustic insulation between rooms. Also, the mattress was a bit too uncomfortable and possibly too old. A nice renovation can make this place A LOT better!

The resort as a whole looks wise is great, rooms where also quite nice, the massage was also very relaxing.
The overall vibe of the resort is very weird. No other guests, (only saw 2 other couples the entire time) also empty restaurant and the pool was freezing so no point coming here for that.
Food was poor, I ordered a chicken dish and half of the chicken was freezing like out of the refrigerator cold, also we order a noodle soup dish and asked if they use filtered water and they said it was tap… However there is a great restaurant down the road that doesn’t look flash but it’s amazing food cooked authentically.
