I was escorted by reception to the property by Emmet. Friendly, very informative. It was a very warm welcome.
The property is quirky. Exceptionally clean. I loved the furnishings, The bed was Exceptionally comfortable. Self contained it had everything i required. Location at the back of the Clarence House property, it was a hidden gem .I would definitely revisit . The staff were all amazing. Emmet, Conor, Sharon and Colin . Breakfast at the Lawrence property was delicious. Best breakfast in the city. I wouldn't have breakfast anywhere else .
Congratulations to chef on the porridge and omelette. Exceptionally clean, congratulations Housekeeping staff. I would stay here again.

Near perfect stay. If you’re staying in Derry, this is the place to stay for solo traveller, couples, small family.
Very spacious, comfortable, clean and great location to explore Derry.
Living room is comforting and kitchen has every thing you need to cook your own food. Microwave, hobs, oven, kettle, toaster with pots and pans, cutlery, cooking utensils.
Bedroom is spacious with a comfy big bed, decent size wardrobe and good room around the bed.
Bathroom is slightly small but very clean and good enough to do what you need to do in a bathroom.
Very quiet place with no disturbance at all from the outside world. Right next to a main road and didn’t hear a thing.
Location is good. 10-15 minutes downhill walk to Derry city centre to visit the sites. Less than 10 minute walk to a supermarket (Tesco) and convenient shops nearer by, coffee shops and pubs near by.
Free street parking right outside the property. Would be very surprised if you arrived and there was no parking available.
Everything you need here for a stay from a day to a month for 1-4 people. Literally a home away from home.
Guy who showed us to the place was kind, friendly, great banter, knowledgeable, helpful, does his own walking tour on morning at about 10am which we unfortunately didn’t have time to do as we stayed for 1 night and was leaving early.
Next time we’re in Derry we’re staying here and would advise it to anyone.
Being extremely picky here, the bathroom is slightly small but not a problem. How long do you spend in the bathroom per day….?
We only booked one night.

A beautiful apartment, great staff, and an easy stay. They went above and beyond expectation when there was an issue with our stay; The listing had said there was a sofa bed that wasn’t there, so they got us an extra room at no additional cost and it was beautiful as well. Wonderful people.
