It was clean and everything went ok and the host gave me correct instruction.
Except for a major issue: if you don't have a car you need to consider the gate closures to get back home or go through another longer way. Going back by transit I got trapped by the automated closures and as a solo female work-traveler unfamiliar with Belfast, this was a very stressful and vulnerable experience.

The room was nice and also the house. It is also in a nice area of Belfast. The place is also very well kept.
It is important to note that near the house there is a number of gates which will be closed at night. I was not informed about this and on two nights I had to figure out from where to pass to reach the house. If it wasn't for Google maps I will have spent the night out in the streets. It is important that you advise people about this. I think that the fact that no reception is present is something which I do not like. I only met the cleaner in the morning and communicated with the owner through messages.
