The room was not only nice and clean but also provided a comfortable atmosphere for our stay. A little tiny, but had everything we needed. Accessibility was not bad, making it pretty convenient for us to explore the surrounding area without any hassle. It's just 20 mins walk to the city center.
One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast setup. The option to make our own breakfast allowed us to personalize our meals according to our preferences, adding a nice touch to our mornings. Needless to say we didn't have to wake up early to have a scheduled breakfast
Overall, we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at Avenue Belfast, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient accommodation option.

While the room was generally clean and tidy, we found it to be a bit on the smaller side, which made it a bit challenging to move around comfortably, especially with luggage.
Another issue we encountered was with the heating system. It seemed that the heating was only turned on for the night, meaning that if we returned from an evening walk, we had to wait for some time until the heating kicked in and the room warmed up. However it wasn't freezing cold, and this delay was mostly a bit inconvenient rather than something critical. It was still warm inside.
Despite these minor drawbacks, our stay at Avenue Belfast was satisfactory.

We were up in Belfast for the fight it was five minutes from the sse it was handy to get to
Nothing really talked to the guy on the phone he was very helpful I am not great with email s so he sent me the code and room code very nice

Amazing venue, clean, didn't even have to meet the owner but every thing was set up for my stay even before arrival. My wife met the owner she said he was Amazing.

Room was clean. The shower was ok. The kitchen was clean. The self service breakfast was ok. The location is good.
TV did not work. The internet was intermittent. The was no shampoo in the shower.

Jeg fandt ingen morgenmad, og til trods for at jeg både havde betalt for det og skrev til overnatningsstedet via booking.com fik jeg hverken svar eller morgenmad. Vinduet mod vejen kunne ikke lukkes og det trak ind.

La ubicación era escelente. También la limpieza era muy buena así como las indicaciones que nos dieron para acceder al alojamiento.
Era como un tercer piso sin ascensor con las escaleras muy estrechas y no tenía ducha en el baño de nuestro piso.
Para mi gusto un poco caro.

Comfortable beds, had the place to ourselves which was great. Great wifi and full kitchen facilities. Didn’t mind making our own breakfast.
Mix up with the code to access the property meant we had to wait about an hour. Could perhaps have included bacon for breakfast supplies.

Security using key safe was poor so the doors were open. Wrong key safe number given and added to my confusion. The host was anxious and reported there were bad gusts. to be dealt with. Whilst I was safe when locked in my room I was anxious in communal areas and up and down the stairs. Expensive and poor value
Host was patronising to me on the telephone. Towels had holes in and mattress quite soggy.

Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr umfangreich ausgestattet, es gab sogar zur Espressomaschine Kapseln dazu. Außerdem waren die Frühstückszutaten sehr umfangreich, für jeden was dabei. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber.
Der Verkehr an der Straße war sehr laut. Leider hab es nur eine Garderobe und keine weitere Kommode o.ä.

Shared house with common room but still very private. Very central, good breakfast when on the move, easy to find, parking facilities, very comfortable beds, easy check in, clean and well equipped common bathroom on the floor, super well equipped kitchen- just fab.

The breakfast was awful. The fridge had a foul smell and rotten food inside.
We didn't like the owners attitude he was racist towards us and we will not return.

The property was really well situated within the city, and despite being on a relatively busy street it was very peaceful at night time. Very comfortably beds, too! The owner was really flexible about check in times and offered a lovely self service breakfast.

The setup of the property was fantastic, the food provided and 24/7 access to the kitchen was great. Very attentive staff, responsive to any requests very quickly. Use of washing machine and tumble dryer was also very beneficial

The price was very reasonable. It’s a house so you have full use of the well equipped kitchen, nice seating area etc.
It’s on a busy road and a flight path, so quite noisy, but we were too tired to care too much!

I absolutely loved the experience ,It was a nice cozy home and everything was clean .Had food supply and facilities to cook and then dine as well ,had TV in the room as well as the hall.The instructions were very clear and it was cost effective .The property was near to the bus station hence transportation was easy to the city centre .Overall It was a wonderful experience ,my friend and I are very grateful.
Everything was on point ,nothing to dislike .
