The rooms were comfortable with satisfactory facilities. The bed was comfortable,
Really appreciated the reception with drinking fountain and nice staff.
Individual shower rooms were appreciated.
Also liked the little light by the bed to read.
Very good location.
The ladder being on the end of the bed instead of the side added an additional step. Curtains on the bed would be appreciated.
Additional places to hang in the shower would also be useful.

Our room was nice, beds comfy and bathroom clean.
The main reception area downstairs was lovely, staff ere helpful
Very glad of the car park
We were able to access many sites of interest by walking from this location
I thought security was tight and felt safer for it
the shared bathroom on our floor had a shower and a toilet, no hand basin which seems very odd. The sanitary bin in this room was overflowing.
the hot water in all the rooms I tried it seemed likely to scald - there wasn't even a "Warning - hot water" notice
the kitchen was poorly provided with basics - no teaspoons and only a couple of knives, sharp knives not fit for purpose, no cutting boards
our bedroom had one double power point which seems a bit low given we both travelled with devices
