The employee who greeted me on my arrival was lovely👍, the ammenities were wonderful with a cute nicely taken care of kitchen and living spaces/lounges. The bedroom had two lockers and digicodes with even a little thing to block the door, which made me feel extra safe! Very homely and practical, and super clean!( the bedsheets were so soft) thank you

Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent facilities, kitchen etc. Great location near Botanic station and for bars, restaurants etc.

Great walkable area with lots of shops and restaurants, and close to Grand Central Station. Lots of common space to sit and relax. The showers were clean and very spacious, with nice shampoos and bath gels. Staff were friendly and responsive.
If you have a street-facing room, bring earplugs as it can be a bit noisy. I also wish the room could lock from the outside, but having a locker in the room was helpful.

Location was perfect. 15/20 min walk to town. The kitchen & shower facilities were good. It felt safe & secure.
Private twin room had No lock on the door (only locked from inside) & only lockers in the room. Single glazed windows, so noise from the road very loud. The bath towels were small & tvin.
