Very spacious room and shower room. Comfortable bed. Nice bar with good food downstairs.

If you have mobility issues then best specify when booking as there are a lot of stairs to upper bedrooms.
Ideal location with Botanic rail station opposite.
All in all an ideal place to stay in Belfast

Overall, a really nice stay. The self check-in didn't have any problems for me and was super easy to manage. The room was spacious and clean - very cozy! I booked the room directly over the bar with the discounted rate, and with earplugs, it wasn't bad at all, even on the weekend.
One thing to note (which is in the fine print, but I didn't realize at first) is that there is no lift here, so be prepared to move your luggage up and down the stairs.
