The lockers in the room was broken.

"The staff are very nice and kind. I arrived late at the hostel, but one guy opened the door for me. I’m so grateful for that. They also helped me put my bike in a safe place. Nice guys!
The hostel looked old and run-down. Late at night, another guest arrived and was very noisy.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The lockers are large enough for carry-on luggage, provided you get one that is functioning properly. The hostel also seemed to make a genuine effort to keep the premises clean. The Wi-Fi was strong enough, and the price reflects the basic standard of the accommodation.
The equipment and furniture feel outdated and are not in the best condition. The beds are quite squeaky, some power sockets in the rooms do not work, and some of the lockers are damaged and cannot be locked properly. There is also no small shelf next to the bed for personal items such as glasses, no reading light, and no privacy curtains.
The showers were another weak point. It was quite difficult to find and maintain a comfortable water temperature while keeping a decent water pressure. They are fine for a quick shower, but not particularly suitable for a longer or more relaxing one.
I would recommend arriving early for check-in, so you have a better chance of choosing a bed near a working socket and a locker that can actually be locked.
