House felt safe. Kitchen had all essentials to cover your stay. Probably a 20 min walk from City Centre which was fine for us but for non walkers might be a bit far out. A small Eurospar supermarket is located across the road which is very handy for breakfast essentials etc.
Stairs could be a slight issue for someone with eyesight problems. Secure lock system is difficult to operate as the plastic bit is broken but we did get it to work eventually

The location was good as the event was at Boucher Road.
The room was smelling cigarette smoke and very noisy. Just one bathroom on the first floor to share between 4 rooms.
