Facilities were good unlike many reviews here. WiFi and hot water both worked very well. Sheets and towels were clean. Breakfast better than average in the area. The manager who can speak English is accommodating.
No elevators, A/C only in the bedroom of Kjng suite. Price is high relatively to the area.

very good hotel with all modern and necessary conditions for a reasonnable price. all personnal very helpful and welcoming. Room very well equipped and clean. Fitness room very well equipped. Good location, close to the center.
Excellent breakfast, very substantial and everytime served with pleasure and good mood. Possibility to have lunch and diner in the restaurant, with good variety of meals, reasonnable prices and very nice personnal.
The day of departure early morning, the hotel prepared a breakfast to take away. Very nice attention and appreciated.

The beds are comfortable, the water pressure good, WiFi worked well, and it's a walk into town but you don't necessarily need a car to get there or back. It's on the main road, but we had a room at the back that was quiet and had a huge balcony with lovely views. It was certainly a step up from other accommodation on the route, but wasn't worth the price tag - whilst things worked, it felt dated and lacking atmosphere.
They used an unfavourable exchange rate when charging in TJS - we were supposed to pay $80 in som and ended up paying $85 due to their rate, which was much worse than any other in the whole of our two week trip in Tajikistan. The hotel was already overpriced before this. Also, the breakfast area had many flies in it.
