The apartment was clean and spacious. The host was friendly and helpful, especially when we needed a later checkin. The location is good if you need to walk around town. We had a car and there was parking right around the corner from the front of the house. The kitchen was well-equipped and the water pressure in the shower was great. We were visiting family in Glan-Munchweiler, so we needed to stay close to them, but G-M is a cute village and easily accessible to other towns and the countryside.
This apartment is in the former attic area of the house, so your only “windows” are skylights so you can’t get much breeze in the apartment, even with the skylights vented open. It was quite hot during our stay (90F) and there is no air conditioning, and only one fan provided. We were uncomfortably hot in the apartment. The wifi doesn’t work consistently in the bedroom, only in the kitchen and living room. But slow wifi is common in this part of Germany.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und liebevoll ausgestattet sowohl in der Küche (inklusive Spülmittel, Tee und Kaffee, Gewürze etc) als auch im Wohnzimmer mit großem Fernseher, großer gemütlicher Couch, Kinderspielzeug und Kinderbüchern. Wir haben in den Betten sehr gut geschlafen. Es sind auch zusätzlich Decken da für kälteres Wetter.
Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat gute Tipps gegeben. Der Wildtierpark am Potzberg und die Fahrt mit der Fahrraddraisine von Altenglan nach Lauterecken haben den Kindern (4+7) sehr gut gefallen.
Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Kurzurlaub. Wir wären gerne noch viel länger geblieben.
Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Zeer vriendelijke en gastvrije mensen. Het appartement is erg mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien. We mochten gebruikmaken van de grote tuin met overkapping, wat echt super was! Ook lag er in het appartement veel speelgoed, waar ons zoontje heel blij mee was. Op 2 minuten loopafstand van een supermarkt.
