Staff, property location was amazing! So worth the money

Everything was amazing the only short coming was the food . It was just alright I would have liked a little more .

Different facilities within walking distance

It’s perfectly positioned near to Grand Anse without being in the middle of the action.

There is some wear and tear on the guest room buildings but nothing too terrible.

The staff was amazing, the landscape was like a botanical garden, the beach and pools were beautiful. The beds were comfortable, water hot in the shower, anytime we needed anything they brought it right to us. We needed to have medical attention and I can’t express how wonderful the nurse was and the physician. The Spa was amazing and we had our photographs made and had a wonderful experience with the results.

The floors in the rooms were not clean, we had to either wear our shoes or the slippers so that our feet were not filthy. The showers did not have a grab bar for safety. Our biggest complaint was the food; one morning the scrambled eggs looked funny and did not smell right, I got them and they tasted weird, my husband went to get an omelet and they said they were out of eggs and using egg beaters? So I assumed the scrambled eggs were egg beaters. Our reservations at the Italian location they did not have an Italian menu, apologies and had a buffet which basically looked like what we had or lunch. Our second time eating they offered their normal menu which was actually fairly good. The French and Indian restaurants were fairly good as well, very very small portions; I would say more like Tapas.
