Excellent instructions to gain entry and very secure. Lovely apartment in a brilliant location. Great facilities, clean and cosy.

Neighbours like to party

Beds were comfy and towels provided.

The tenement smelled of smoke. The apartment was secure but needed help to enter which was provided. The apartment looked rundown compared to the flattering photos. There was no soap provided despite being serviced. The soap containers were filled with stale water from shower. The toilet seat was broken which the owners acknowledged. Food was left in freezer. The fire doors were secure but our 6 yo struggled to open them. In general, the list of facilities was exaggerated e.g. no tumble dryer, tea/coffee maker etc.

Really good location, really comfortable.

A bit under maintained, mentioned that the smoke detector in the kitchen was beeping, was told that the maintenance person would be sent to check it/ replace batteries but it never happened.
