Die Aussicht und der Wintergarten sind beeindruckend.Der Kamin,wenn nötig,bringt eine angenehme Atmosphäre.Die Infrastruktur wie Restaurants + Einkaufen sind in der Nähe und gut. Nicht zuletzt das Flair des Bodensees sind ein Grund für einen Besuch.Abitioniertes Radfahren ist hier auch möglich.Der Garten ist naturbelassen was uns gefiel.

Die Nähe der Straße auf Grund der Tallage bringt eine gewisse Lärmbelastung,die aber alle zu ertragen haben.Wer Probleme mit Treppen hat,sollte das hier hinterfragen.

Zeer mooi gelegen. De veranda is heel aangenaam. Veel ruimte, ordelijk, proper. Eigen garage (handig in de winter), mooi uitzicht. Vlot bereikbaar. Dichtbij wandelpaden. Vlotte communicatie met de eigenaars. Gemakkelijke uitvalsbasis om het Bregenzerwald te ontdekken. Slechts een kwartier rijden tot dalstation Mellaubahn.

Een kleine vaatwas zou nog handig kunnen zijn, maar verder wel een zeer goed uitgeruste keuken.
