O espaço é pequeno, mas acolhedor e muito bem aproveitado, oferecendo quase tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável. A localização é um dos seus maiores pontos fortes: fica apenas a um minuto a pé da Avenida da Marina e a cerca de dois minutos do cais de embarque para as ilhas. É uma excelente opção para quem procura passar alguns dias em Olhão com comodidade e praticidade. Recomendo.
Para estadias de mais de dois ou três dias, sobretudo para quem pretende preparar algumas refeições no alojamento, um frigorífico de maior dimensão faria toda a diferença e tornaria a experiência mais prática.
Ficámos alojados no rés do chão, pelo que não tivemos acesso à varanda. Como consequência, tornou-se bastante difícil secar até uma simples toalha após o banho, o que acabou por ser um pequeno inconveniente durante a estadia.

A estadia foi excelente, a casa é muito mimosa com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia agradável e tudo muito limpo e organizado. A comunicação foi espetacular, sempre atentos. A localização é fabulosa e como vou algumas vezes a Olhão, é concerteza para repetir. Muito obrigada Cláudia e Augusto. ADOREI. 10 ESTRELAS

I loved the location and the effective communication with the owner. He even allowed me a late check out on the day of departure. The welcome pack which included a very good local red wine which was perfect as a sundowner on the terrace. Double allocation of towels also which was great for a week stay.
The only minor drawback was accessing the terrace . I'm 63 and mobile but I'd say if there are any mobility issues then the steep steps to the terrace may be an issue.

Location was very central. Climate was good.and prices for most things were good.
Apartment has a dampness problem and sound from adjoining apartments was intrusive. Access to roof top ,patio area was dangerous ie.very steep climb up a ladder type construction.
