Καλή τοποθεσία, κοντά στο λιμάνι, στην παραλία Γιαλισκάρι και σε καφέ, εστιατόρια. Όμορφη θέα στο ηλιοβασίλεμα. Καθαρό δωμάτιο.
Όλα τα καταλύματα στο νησί είναι, δυστυχώς, αρκετά υπερτιμημένα. Το συγκεκριμένο θα έπαιρνε 10/10 αν είχε τη μισή τιμή.
Το δωμάτιο είναι μικρό και διαθέτει τα απολύτως απαραίτητα, χωρίς να είναι ανακαινισμένο. Η βεράντα είναι όμορφη, αλλά κοινόχρηστη με το διπλανό δωμάτιο. Αντίστοιχη εικόνα και στο μπάνιο: παλιά πλακάκια βαμμένα, παλιά και χαμηλής ποιότητας είδη υγιεινής και κουρτίνα στη ντουζιέρα, η οποία ήταν μαυρισμένη στο κάτω μέρος.
Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό, αλλά συνολικά οι εγκαταστάσεις και ο εξοπλισμός παραπέμπουν σε προδιαγραφές περασμένων δεκαετιών. Για την τιμή που ζητείται, η σχέση ποιότητας–τιμής δεν είναι ικανοποιητική.

The location was excellent with spectacular views from the terrace - especially at sunset. It was a 25 minute walk to the port and a 10 minute walk to the port where the private boats anchored. The restaurants were superb along with the bars. Kea is a lovely quiet island unpopulated by noist tourists and the majority of tourists that we met were extremely friendly Greek people. We have travelled many of the beautiful Greek Islands and this location was up in the top three - excellent value for money, lovely clean rooms and a very friendly owner.
