Overall it was ok. Staff were nice, the rooms were clean and comfy. Location is central which was perfect.
The breakfast was underwhelming and service in breakfast area was poor.
There are 2 AC Units in the room, one labeled cold and one labeled hot. The “cold” one was barely giving any cool so it was very hot all night. In the morning tried out the “hot” one and configured it to give cold air and it worked, so not sure why they are labeled that way.

The rooms are very large and spacious. The entire place has an old world charm about it. It will take you back in time. The breakfast was amazing! Everything was fresh and perfect.
I was surprised that there wasn’t any hairdryer in the bathroom. Being a 4 star hotel would certainly mean this is a necessity. There hot water was only tepid during late afternoon. I don’t know why. This is something that needs to be looked at. In addition, the iron rack was not switched on throughout the day.
