The location was great for us because of the proximity with the bus station. Communication with host was easy and quick. Due to the price, I would say this is still a good place to stay, but you get what you pay for!
The studio is "industrial" but it feels like slightly botched renovations. The apartment was relatively clean but the shower showed signs of mold on the ceiling. Very closely located to the train station but was less disruptive then anticipated. Walls are paper thin so neighbors are sometime annoyingly loud... Would still recommend overall.

The apartment is a 9-minute walk from the train station. It is on the top floor, and I didn't see a lift. There is free parking at the building, but it is better to check with the host first, as I only used it briefly.
The apartment is cozy, clean, and well equipped, with good Wi-Fi. There is also access to the rooftop, where you can have breakfast with a view of the railway tracks. The host gave very detailed instructions for self check-in and always replied quickly and kindly.
The main thing to keep in mind is the noise. The trains nearby are quite loud, so it can be difficult to fall asleep. We closed all the windows, and there is air conditioning, although we personally don't like using it. There is also quite a lot of noise from the corridor and neighboring rooms. If you're tired, you'll probably still fall asleep, but it's worth knowing in advance.

The studio its self was nice and it had everything we needed
We couldn’t sleep at night because of the noise. The neighbors were fighting/screaming, slamming doors. Every time they were getting in their apartment, it felt like they were trying to get in ours. The neighborhood was sketchy and the building is old and feels abandoned. I didn’t feel safe at all in the night.

The place itself was clean enough and had everything needed but……
The location….literally right on the railway tracks but I should have checked that before booking.
The block of flats was like the ‘ghetto’, it’s up 3 flights of stairs (no lift) on a floor with 4-5 other flats all occupied by big families, the walls and doors are paper thin and there was constant noise,shouting, rattling of keys and banging doors. Please don’t book this if you want to have a decent sleep!! It was that loud I was almost too intimidated to leave the flat until it went quiet!! Book with caution. Also 25 mins to get into the centre.
