Tolle Lage, in wenigen Schritten ist man sowohl am Strand als auch in der Fußgängerzone; großzügiges Apartment, ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Super ist auch der Parkplatz am Grundstück. Francesca ist eine wunderbare, nette und kümmernde Gastgeberin, die noch dazu ausgezeichnet Deutsch spricht!!!
Einzig schade, dass die Bettwäsche Einwegprodukte sind und nicht aus festem Stoff

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment in Lignano Sabbiadoro und haben uns vom ersten Moment an rundum wohlgefühlt. ❤️
Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert darauf gelegt wird, dass sich die Gäste wirklich willkommen fühlen.
Besonders begeistert waren wir von der tollen Lage und der angenehmen Atmosphäre. Alles war unkompliziert, und wir konnten unseren Urlaub einfach genießen und die Seele baumeln lassen. 🌊☀️
Auch die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit angenehm und unkompliziert – einfach so, wie man es sich im Urlaub wünscht.
Wir würden dieses Apartment jederzeit von Herzen weiterempfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen lieben Dank für die wunderschöne Zeit – wir haben uns hier wirklich wie zu Hause gefühlt. 🥰

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Die Lage war super, alles war sauber und gepflegt und die Ausstattung hat für unseren Aufenthalt vollkommen ausgereicht. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Klare Empfehlung!
Ehrlich gesagt gab es nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat – für uns hat einfach alles gepasst.

We had a wonderful stay at Bivi Apartments, and a big part of the experience was thanks to the amazing owner, Mrs. Francesca. She personally welcomed us, met us at the apartment, and took the time to show us everything and make sure we had everything we needed. She was incredibly kind and thoughtful — she even prepared little gifts for the kids and a bottle of wine for the parents, which was such a lovely surprise! ❤️
An additional bed for our fifth family member was arranged. This meant the sofa could remain a comfortable relaxing area rather than having to be used as a sleeping space — such a thoughtful and appreciated touch!
The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and very well equipped. We especially appreciated all the little details that made us feel truly at home. Everything was provided — toilet paper, soap, shower gel, dish soap, tea, coffee, and many other small essentials that you don't always find in Italian apartments.
You can really tell that Francesca cares about her guests and wants them to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. These thoughtful touches made all the difference.
The location is excellent — a short walk from the beach and also very close to the pedestrian area, with restaurants, shops, and plenty of activity. One small thing to keep in mind is that, because of this convenient location, the area can be a little lively and noisy at night, especially during the evening. For us, this was a minor point and certainly not something that took away from our stay.
