I stayed one night at Pensiunea Max in the Double Room – Attic, and it was a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, modern and well decorated, and the bed was comfortable, so I slept well. The location is convenient, and it was easy to get around Cluj-Napoca from there. Check-in went smoothly and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's good value for money, and I'd happily stay here again next time I'm in Cluj.

I like the cleanliness, the size of the room, it was a little too warm but I had an airconditioner.
The bathtube was great :)

The room was clean and generally comfortable.
The room was clean and generally comfortable. However, I was surprised to find that no shampoo was provided—only liquid soap in the shower. This was the first time I experienced something like this.
The biggest downside was the noise. There was a very loud party nearby that lasted throughout the entire night, and it felt as if it was happening inside the room. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get any rest.
I reported the issue to the reception, but the staff member was quite impolite and unhelpful. I was told that nothing could be done and that I should call the police myself if I had a problem. This showed a lack of care and attention towards guests.
Overall, the experience was disappointing due to the poor handling of the situation.
