Il Signor Claudio e una persona gentilissima
Cordiale,sempre presente per ogni esigenza
La casa e in pieno centro storico,e l appartamento e comodissimo.Il Signor Claudio prima dell arrivo ,vi manderà il pass per attraversare la ZTL,e il parcheggio non e assolutamente un problema,perché si trova parcheggio nelle varie vie adiacenti
Il signor Claudio nel frigo,ci ha fatto trovare,mele,cioccolata,succhi di frutta,acqua e addirittura il prosecco,davvero una persona gentilissima.La casa,bella ,pulita,spaziosa.Letti comodissimi,anche per il nostro piccolo.
La posizione è eccellente ,e in pieno centro storico,oppure tipo come noi,che dovevamo andare al Modena Nerd,è davvero ideale,perché si trova appena a 10 minuti di auto dal ,centro fieristico .
Ve lo consiglio per un soggiorno fantastico

C'era tutto il necessario per fare colazione,abbiamo apprezzato la frutta fresca particolarmente.
Sull'appartamento niente da dire,posizione migliore non avremmo potuto trovare.Il palazzo,nel centro medievale di Modena,risente del tempo e magari si potrebbe pensare a qualche intervento anche se sono consapevole delle difficolta'.

You cannot beat the location of this apartment in Modena. The duomo and city center is right around the corner and market a short 5 minute walk. The host was very accomodating and contact was exceptional. The host registered our rental car to be allowed into the ZTL, but underground parking was also very convienent and close by. Air Conditioning during Italy's heat wave was also appreciated.
The apartment was clean, but some mold was in the washing machine's detergent tray.
