New apartment on the beach "Les Oceanides" (50 m walk). Near the city center, 15 minutes walk. Fully equipped. Very bright and sunny. Large terrace with table for six. Private outdoor parking for one vehicle and a garage to store bicycles and surfboards.
Very quiet and pleasant residence with green spaces. An area of games for children nearby.
Ideal place to relax and enjoy nature. Guests can enjoy walks through the forests of the Landes just five minutes walk from the residence.

Just back from a relaxing 3 night stay here. The property itself was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for a family of four with a lovely shaded balcony.
There is a beautiful beach a few hundred metres away and a 15 minutes walk into Capbreton Centre Ville. Cycle hire and surf rental / lessons opposite. Would definitely come again.

Facilement accessible avec les directives des propriétaires, un parking privé un box pour les vélos et surf .
Il est préférable d'avoir des vélos pour aller en centre ville.
La meilleure connexion internet est Bouygues, free ne passe pas dans le bâtiment.
