Facilement accessible avec les directives des propriétaires, un parking privé un box pour les vélos et surf . Il est préférable d'avoir des vélos pour aller en centre ville. La meilleure connexion internet est Bouygues, free ne passe pas dans le bâtiment.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung! Die Kommunikation zur Schlüsselübergabe und auch allen anderen Anliegen lief unkompliziert und wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist top. Unmittelbarer Strandzugang und auch in die Ortsmitte sind es nur 20min zu Fuss. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans l’appartement très bien situé à 50m de la plage des oceanides. Le quartier est très calme et en même temps très proche du centre (5 minutes à vélo prêtés par les propriétaires, super sympa !). L’appartement est bien agencé et décoré. Tout y est ! Comme à la maison (machine à laver, lave vaisselle, grille pain, tv, chaîne hi-fi ...). La belle terrasse permet de prendre les repas à l’extérieur. Très bonne literie aussi et aucun bruit la nuit. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires qui sont très sympas et arrangeants. Bref ! Nous avons adoré et passe une super semaine à Capbreton. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir ! Merci pour tout !

Séjour très agréable. Lotissement calme et sécurisé, appartement bien équipé pour 4 personnes(lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, drap et serviettes ect...); plage à 50 m à pied et piste cyclable à proximité comme décrit dans l annonce. Arantza est très disponible pour l accueil et nous a prêté ces 2 vélos généreusement.

Perfect accommodation to enjoy Capbreton

If you look for a nice affordable accomodation for 3 people (2 adults + 1 child) very close to the fantastic beach of Capbreton, this is the place to stay. All very comfortable, clean and nicely furnished, even with a balcony. Easy car parking and perfectly located in just 5 min walking distance to the beach. If you just want to stay overnight without using the kitchen you can easily have breakfast or dinner at the nice Soweto beach restaurant. The beach is just a dream spot during the day or the sunset. 5-10min drive to Capbreton, if you need/want to, with an intermarche supermarket. Good and responsive communication with the host, making the organization stuff easy going. Only recommendation to improve would be to add free wifi as this is a must have nowadays we‘d think. All in all: Great stay and great place to spend some enjoyable time. Thank you!

Le logement est très agréable de par sa grande terrasse arborée de jolies cactus, qui permet de prendre de bon petit dej au lever du soleil et de prendre l'air le soir ! Tres bien équipé et de ce fait très fonctionnel, l'appartement a été rénové récemment et ca se voit. Décoré avec soin, vous vous sentirez bien, idéal pour se sentir comme chez soi le temps d'un petit séjour ! Je remercie Arantzazu pour sa réactivité et sa disponibilité, qui s'est montré très arrangeant ! Je recommande sans hésitation cet appart placé tres proche de la plage des Océanides, parfaite pr le calme et de beaux paysages sauvages !

Lovely apartment, great location.

This is a very nice apartment, with a big cool outside balcony and secure parking, in a great location at the bottom of dunes which lead to a fantastic beach. The surf school and cafe are at the top of the dunes, just a short walk away. We are a family with two small children, and had a lovely stay - the beach is close enough that after family dinners at home we could walk to the beach to watch the sunsets and be back in time for not too late bedtime. Arantza was a great host, and very helpful.
