Très agréable : dans la verdure et à 20 mn à pied de la vieille ville de Nicosie.

Emplacement très agréable. Jolie vue sur des arbres et des bougainvilliers fleuris.

Mettre un schéma concernant les plaques de cuisson et mieux les nettoyer.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay although there were some uncomfortable issues.

The apartment basically has everything needed, even the laundry machine and kitchen tools. The neighbourhood area is nice and clean. You basically find coffee shops, restaurants, and 24/7 convenient stores nearby.

Keep in mind that the property is not really close to the old town centre. You need to take a bus or taxi, which is somehow confusing for foreigners. For example, buses going from and going back to the centre are on a completely different street (bus line 33). Also, the apartment is not sound proof, prepare the ear plugs if you are noise sensitive as you can hear the AC compressor the whole night, also neighbours could be extremely noisy, for example, they played a heavy metal song after midnight during my stay.

The location/ close to my relatives.

The bed and the sofa not comfortable at all! They MUST be replaced. The apartment was not clean.

Perfect apartment in Nicosia

Good location, close to downtown, quiet neighborhood, easy self check-in, well-equipped, very helpful and kind owner, comfortable bed, clean rooms, large terrace... I can say only good things about the apartment. I highly recommend it.

Pleasant

Spacious one room apartment outside of the old town of Nicosia with a nice balcony. The bed was comfortable and big enough. In case of any questions the host responded always quickly. If you turned on the booster 15minutes in advance you had hot water with enough pressure (which is not always the case during winter in cyprus).

The shower cabin was really tiny and could use a renovation. Also the kitchen eqiupment was insufficient and has seen better days. The couch was not comfortable at all and the internet was average at best (as some people highlighted the speed of it).

Indeed a cozy apartment in Nicosia!

The apartment is roomy, spotless clean and well distributed, with a balcony that has a nice view of Nicosia. The area is very, very quiet yet within walking distance of the walled city, which was the purpose of my trip. Very fast internet and comfy bed, fully equipped! Also, Marios was very responsive and attentive all the time!

I can't complain, the apartment was just what I needed and expected!

Good location and large unit but in need of some updates

- the location is great. We had a car but you could walk to the attractions too - it’s a spacious apt and fairly well appointed - communication was good with the host even tho we didn’t meet them

- it’s a bit worn for the price - linens, uncomfortable sofa. I used the patio chair inside - the AC/heat unit was wonky - several attempts with the remote even after changing the batteries - we had no hot water for a shower the morning we left. Totally unacceptable - with a few improvements this unit would be great - not sure how it has a 9 rating

Nice studio in the modern part of town.

Nice studio in the modern part of town, nice neighborhood. Dedicated parking. Easy in and out. Elevator (third floor). Very quiet. Easy communication with the host over whatsapp.

I stayed at this apartment for a week in November for a business trip. The apartment had everything you could possibly need (fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, fast wifi…) and is super clean and well maintained. Location is in the heart of Nicosia but in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Check in and check out was really simple.

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed (towels, dish soap, kitchen fully functional and equipped). It had a nice balcony and air conditioning, which was great since it was 40+ degrees. The neighbourhood is nice and quiet and parking is included. The self checkin was very easy and convenient. Room is spacious and bed very confortable.

It's a bit far to walk to Nicosia centre, and there isn't much restaurants or bars closeby. But everything was great!

Amazing host and cozy neighborhood

Marios, the host, is really amazing guy. He responded instantly, was ready to help and met all reasonable needs. The apartments is nice and cozy. It has everything you need. If you come at winter, as we are, there are 2 air conditioners that makes warm inside. The neighborhood is quiet and green. There is 24-hour supermarket nearby.
