Situated in Port Aransas, this lovely house for $650 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Plan your next vacation to this beautiful beach home conveniently located close to the neighborhood pool and beach boardwalk in Port Aransas's popular Sand Point subdivision. Sit on the upstairs deck and enjoy the ocean breeze with your favorite beverage or make your way inside to enjoy the comfort of this coastal getaway! We continue to follow all CDC guidelines re: cleaning and sanitizing the house between guests, including wiping down all door handles, light switches, remotes, etc. This listing is for the entire home. The upstairs is an open-concept floor plan along with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The living area is a great place to relax after a day at the beach. It has two comfy couches with one of them being a queen sleeper sofa. The master bedroom has a king bed and armoire, access to the front balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and a dresser. It shares a bathroom with a tub/shower combo with the third upstairs bedroom. The third room provides extra places to sleep with two sets of bunk beds -- one twin-over-twin and one twin-over-full! The bunk room provides a place for kids to play or watch TV away from the main living area! The downstairs is a separate one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with high ceilings and an open concept layout. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are spacious and wide enough for a wheelchair or walker to navigate. The den has two couches, with one being a queen sleeper sofa. This floor also has a large master bedroom with a king bed and a closet. The bathroom has a dual vanity, a large, walk-in shower with a small lip for easy access, and a grab bar next to the toilet. The ramp outside of this unit adjacent to the parking area is wheelchair accessible. Both the upstairs and downstairs units have fully equipped kitchens and washers & dryers. All the bedrooms and living areas have flat-screen, smart cable TVs, and access to high-speed internet (WI-FI). All bedrooms have great closet storage, ceiling fans, hardwood floors, and beds with top-quality mattresses and plush linens. NOTE: This listing is for the entire house. We offer the upstairs and downstairs units separately in the non-peak seasons through separate listings (Upstairs 3BR/2BA #161042 or Downstairs 1BR/1BA #1641073) or contact us for Winter Texan rates. If you see this property listed on Craig's list or other rental sites, the listing is fraudulent. Please do not ever wire money for a vacation rental. Please note that Sand Point has a 3-night minimum during peak rental season and holidays. Non-peak rental season is only a 2-night minimum. January and February are set aside for Winter Texans with a 60-day minimum rental at a reduced rate.

Downstairs is ideal for a couple such as grandparents.
Upstairs is ideal for kids that are able to safely climb the stairs to the upper level.
The upper level has a nice custom bunk bed set up for four younger children. The bunk bed stairs can actually be used as "stadium seating" while younger children are entertained watching their shows or movies.
Upstairs includes a Master bedroom with Master bath.
An additional bedroom for a couple is also available.
On both the upper and lower level, there are sofas that can be used for sleeping for additional guests.
Each level is self contained with privacy between each level since access between levels is by outside stairway only.
The outside deck on the upper level is gated and can be secured for safety of children.
Worst thing was the older charcoal grill. It works. We used it successfully, but it is at the end of its life and needs to be replaced.
We would definitely consider renting this property again.

Nicest place stayed at in Port A over several years. Modern, clean, décor, amenities in kitchen, appliances all exceptional. Very pleased.
Only caveat is second floor requires 21 step staircase which might be an issue for some.

Place was great, the only thing I found bad was the upstairs kitchen. We ended up using the smaller downstairs because the upstairs pantry was bad. As soon as you open pantry door it smells muggy and like mold. Some appliances like blender and pots need to be washed bbq pit needed to be cleaned out of old ashes but other than that it would have been a 10/10. Beautiful place, great balcony and walking distance to the beach made it great for the kiddos.

We had a small issue when we checked in Suzanne was super on top of it and had it taken care of immediately. She was very attentive polite and helpful. The property was wonderfully located - an really easy walk to the pool and slightly longer walk to the boardwalk and beach. Perfectly accessible.
It was fantastic for our small kids to not have stairs and parents on different floors than the bunk room. I’ve also been to lots of other rentals in the area and this was the best kept up. The kitchen wares were in good shape and everything had been thought of.

This house is very, very nice. Lovely with beach decor. Comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen was immaculate with everything needed. The downstairs unit is a plus for extended family and was lovely as well. We love the neighborhood and easy boardwalk right to the beach. Being November, did not get in the pool or hot tub. Highly recommend Seaside Paradise.

Location was nice and only a short walk to the beach. Lots of room for the family. There was a bad smell coming from inside the pantry, and a lot of the dishes were not clean (still had food residue on them). Other than that, our stay was pleasant.

Perfect for our family
This house was perfect for us with the separate quarters downstairs so that my husband did not have to climb stairs everyday. We were able to spread out when we wanted to and all be together when we wanted to. It was the perfect arrangement for everyone. Melissa

Great location to the beach and to town.
This house had a great location to the beach and to town. We were able to drive the golf cart anywhere we wanted within the town. the house was comfortable and clean and provided my husband and myself a quite reprieve from the adult kids and grand kids who stayed upstairs. The neighborhood was quite and the pool was just steps away. I would recommend this property and would stay there again.

This home was perfect for our group of three families with teenagers! We love the closeness to the beach and the separation of the downstairs area from the upstairs was perfect for the teenagers to have their own space away from the adults!

There were also 2 pull out couches that we did not use. Suzanne was very helpful and responsive the entire trip. Both apartments were nicely decorated and had all the needed amenities. The house was a short walk to the beach which made it super easy to go back and forth. I can't recommend this place enough. We can't wait to return!

The house was amazing and more than we even expected. Location was outstanding and a very short walk to the beach. I love how this house is set up to have the majority of the people upstairs but a small apartment downstairs that is completely separate with it's own kitchen and bathroom. The place was super clean and super convenient. I sure wish the weather cooperated when we were there as we ended up with a week of rain due to the storm "Elsa"....but we were super grateful that given we had to stay indoors most of this trip, that we had such a beautiful place to stay during the storm.
