Huge property, very modern and clean with a great pool that was cleaned every day. Air conditioned throughout, which is needed during the summer. Could easily accommodate 6-8 people. A fantastic private, rocky beach with swimming ladders just a 10min walk away. Start Grad, the nearest town has a great choice of cafes and restaurants.
You need a car, it’s 40min walk from Stari Grad. Some equipment was strangely lacking considering the price, for example the barbecue is cheap. The kitchen small considering the size of house.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and I want to highlight how exceptional everything was.
Silvia, the host, is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive.
She was always available, and any questions or needs were resolved instantly. Her care for guests and the entire property is truly noticeable and deeply appreciated.
The pool was perfectly clean and pleasantly warm.
The room layout was convenient, with great sound insulation and large, very comfortable beds.
Everything was spotless and beautifully maintained. We didn’t hear the neighbors at all, which made our stay extremely comfortable, especially for a group.
The grill and barbecue area were excellent, very convenient and well-equipped.
We were pleasantly surprised to find a bag of charcoal and fire starter ready for us on the first day.
A special highlight is the kitchen. It’s spacious, with a large island perfect for cooking and serving meals.
All necessary cookware and utensils were available.
We also appreciated the practical plastic cups for drinks in the pool area - a thoughtful detail for guest safety.
The quality of our vacation and overall experience was truly 100 out of 10.
We highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed.

The house is new and spacious, pool was great, however in shade most of the day.
Further from the sea shore than expected and access to the see is not suitable for children nor elderly. Our villa had bad odor from a septic tank nearby. Lots of mosquitoes in August, strange for such dry area.
