The location is a walking distance from everything, as well as U bahns, neighbourhood is cosy and safe. Room was clean and the refrigerator was very useful, showers were clean. I also found the bed to be very comfortable.
Earplugs are surely very useful, because it's quite easy to hear people in other rooms or outside the window. The lighting in the room could be better arranged. Shower ran out of soap. But all these are just minor inconveniences.

tolles Frühstückscafe, prima Lage, Zimmer zum Hinterhof sehr ruhig, sehr sauber, gute U-Bahnverbindung, U-5 in unmittelbarer Nähe
leider keine Leselampe, nur Licht an der Zimmerdecke und sehr grell, habe mir eine Stirntaschenlampe gekauft :) Kühlschrank im Zimmer sehr laut, deshalb Stecker gezogen

Gute Lage in Friedrichshain, direkte Anbindung mit Tram und U-Bahn. Der Gastgeber hat auf unsere Meldung reagiert und einen Teil des Betrags unkompliziert erstattet.
Das Zimmer war stark verstaubt. Meine Tochter reagiert allergisch auf Hausstaub und bekam in der ersten Nacht Atemnot, sodass wir um 1:30 Uhr ausziehen und kurzfristig ein anderes Hotel nehmen mussten. Wer empfindlich auf Staub reagiert, sollte vorher nachfragen.
