Quiet neighborhood where the surfers' favorite beach is located.
Nice house with two bedrooms, one suite, large kitchen and laundry area, located in quiet and wooded condominium with pool.
1.3 km from Saquarema Bus Terminal, 500 m from Itaúna Beach, and 2 km from Saquarema Center and Vila Beach.
Guests can play Totó, which is in the garage, and use the swimming pool, but do not forget to maintain the conservation of the premises and respect the rules of living with the neighbors.

1) Guests must keep the house and the housekeeping and cleaning, as the cleaning fee charged is only for cleaning the property.
2) Guests should leave the objects and furniture of the house where they found it, if for some reason they need to move them momentarily.
3) Guests can use the groceries in the fridge and cleaning supplies available in the kitchen, provided they are in moderation.
4) Because it is a house located in a condominium, it is important to ensure the quietness of the condominiums, so it is not allowed loud sound and no drinks around the pool.

Eu e minha esposa alugamos para passarmos um tempo juntos. A casa é ótima. Grande em local silencioso e tudo muito organizado. Como já não somos jovens o colchão da cama era um pouco macio demais. Preferia mais duro mas isso é um detalhe pequeno diante de tantas coisas positivas. Recomendo muito a casa. A Juliene sempre a disposição. Obrigado
