All living areas and bedrooms have hardwood floors. The house has the ability to sleep up to 16 people. There is a large rooftop deck for the perfect gathering location for all meals or late night conversations with friends. Enjoy this beautiful three story oceanfront property with floor to ceiling views and a quiet setting while with in walking or biking distance to shopping, movies and all the restaurants and amenities. The 3rd floor also boasts a magnificent great room with a wall of sliding glass doors that over look the ocean. Watch the waves break on the shore as you dine on the Bermex round dining table comfortably seating 10 or at the breakfast bar seating an additional 6 guests. You can wash dishes while gazing at the ocean from large picture windows. Watch the 60” HD TV from the circular & sectional sofa. 5 bedrooms lead out to one of the many decks. Returning from the beach, wash the sand off using the private out door two showers. House is nicknamed 'NAHAR' means River. Situated on Northern Corner lot and 80 on Atlantic appears to be 120 creating stunning southern exposure and panoramic views. Lifeguards patrol directly in front of home for safety. Home is beautiful and view is incredible. The rooftop deck is amazing. Home wasn’t super clean and I’d recommend to bring your own blankets along with your linens as I don’t think the blankets were cleaned before we arrived.

Really just one word - Amazing! The house is incredible, the location is perfect and our host was engaged. We had 11 men staying in the house and there was plenty of room. Definitely a big thumbs up!

We are happy to have rented this beach house for our vacation. The owner was very responsive to all inquiries. The home was beautiful with gorgeous views of the ocean. Conveniently located near a grocery store as well. Very, very nice area. Definitely recommend!

the third floor kitchen, dining area, common area is huge with a great unobstructed view of the beach and ocean along the long side of the house. the balcony on that level and the rooftop deck provide even more space with great views. the owner is very friendly, responsive, and easy to contact. would definitely rent this place again

This gorgeous oceanfront home was spacious and the hosts were gracious! The layout was excellent for our family gatherings to enjoy meals and game nights around the large dining room table. The open entertaining area is framed by expansive views of the ocean. Sleeping rooms are clean and well-proportioned with views everywhere. Other nice perks offered by this home: rooftop deck, plenty of seating for family movie nights, wine fridge, well-appointed kitchen. The elevator came in especially handy for a niece who broke her ankle 2 days before our arrival. Everyone in the family gives this place 5 stars with hopes to return soon. Thank you Nahar family!

This property is awe inspiring. The views are so big and gorgeous. Watched the waves and the moon and dolphins playing in the surf. We ate all our meals on site because why would you leave? Spectacular. The house itself is spacious, comfortable and well maintained. The decks are the best ever. From the roof, full view of ocean and bay. What a nice spot to chat and enjoy a glass of wine. The property would be wonderful for a larger group but it was divine for the four of us! Sure hope to return!

This was our first time renting a home at LBI, and this house was absolutely perfect! It is located right on the beach with panoramic views on every floor! This home was spacious beyond our expectations, cozy and comfortable and at the same time spectacular! The upper deck with 360 degree views cannot be beat for sunset dinners or just relaxing. It was perfect, and we hope to rent it again!

Our family had a wonderful time in this home. Not only does it sleep a lot of people, but the common areas are spacious and easily accommodate a large group. the views from the roof deck are amazing and the kitchen is well supplied. the manager/owner, Mr Nahar, was accessible and helpful. If I needed to host a large group again, I would certainly rent this house.

This was the fourth LBI home I have rented and I have to say this home was greatest of them all. The rooftop seems to be the highest and most expansive in the area. The open concept layout is spot on with walls upon walls of windows and sliders. This is the best house in LBI. Mr.Nahar genuinely wants you to love and enjoy his home and was a pleasure to deal with. We WILL be coming back to 121 Bayberry for sure!!!
