Location, comfortable bed, kitchen was nice, breakfast was good
The bathroom was too small and difficult to move around in, because of the awkward layout.
In the last half hour of breakfast there were several things that were not refilled.

We got married 3/27 and our entire family and bridal party invaded Miamisburg Thursday and left on Saturday. We had such a blast and felt so welcomed here. The breakfast is great !!!! We really felt at home. From blocking rooms all the way to checkout the staff were always there to help us out, even when our guests were booking rooms they helped and accommodated everyone.

Good location. Clean.
The pool was unusable. The pool water was so cold. The only comfort was that the pool room was warm. But i wasn’t there to sit by the pool. One reason i chose this hotel was for the pool. Talked to front desk staff about water temperature and they said there wasn’t anything they could do. Staff said the pool room is kept warm so that’s why the water feels so cold. Next day i noticed the exterior door to the pool was propped open with a rock. Not sure why. Water was still cold and room is now cold. Didn’t go swimming. Very disappointed as i had my kids and grandson vacationing with me and we were counting on pool time in our plans.
