The property was very clean. The staff were very friendly. There was a front desk lady named Maddie, she asked what brought us to town and I explained it was my kiddos birthday and the zoo. She told us all the things to do at the zoo, places to eat and the best coffee place to go! She even went out of her way to make my kid a little goodie bag and a card that said “happy birthday”. I would really like for her to know how much that made not only my kiddo happy, but this mom’s heart. She will be the reason I come back and stay here. She was AMAZING!! This hotel has a rockstar worker.

The environment of this establishment was top-tier! Booking.com had messed up the reservation but the property manager was able to make things works. Bless up to Thomas!

Our stay was pleasant. ALL staff was great/ friendly. The pool was clean! Breakfast was great, it was Labor Day Weekend, the lady working breakfast did a great job. Alot of people came and took/threw away alot of food, but she was On it. making sure everyone had food/and things were stocked until closing time!
I requested a crib, ( the first one didn't stay up), but the staff helped us get one that worked perfectly. I appreciated the assistance/ customer service.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends/family.
I don't know if the Fire pit was not working or if we didn't know how to turn it on.. ?? That was kind of a bummer.

I liked that it was close to the shops and easy to get to
Terrible terrible parking especially for having to pay per night and not guaranteed a parking spot
