It was very affordable for the area. It was also very clean and suited my one-night needs well, especially as a last-minute booking. It was easy to walk to places. And the guy at the front desk was nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to other solo travelers.
I didn't book very far in advance, so I didn't get a room on the first five floors, which are reachable by elevator. Luckily, getting up to the sixth floor was pretty easy and not too many stairs for carrying my suitcase.
The office is only open 8 am - 8 pm, and I arrived about 10 pm. At first, I wasn't sure what to do but was able to call a number and someone came down and checked me in. But I did panic a little bit at first before I realized their system.
And the room I was in was a fine size for one person. If you were a two people or a family, the room would be very small. Not sure if there were other sized rooms or not.

This hotel was basic, two blocks from the beach and centrally located in Waikiki. Nice rooms with a lanai. It had a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker along with a small set of dishes, bowls, and table ware. It was a great place that met our needs perfectly.
