A luxury second floor apartment with amazing views of the famous surfing beach of Fistral from the balcony. This modern apartment has been recently refurbished and newly furnished, and enjoys a fantastic position on the Pentire headland, benefitting from sea views over Fistral beach and beyond. From the balcony, sit back and relax whilst taking in the sea breeze and listen to the waves rolling up the beach. Positioned on the quiet outskirts of the popular tourist destination of Newquay. Visit Newquay's popular destinations, Newquay Zoo, Waterworld, Blue Reef Aquarium and Dairy Land to name but a few. Cornwall is home to numerous visitor attractions and excellent restaurants: Michelin-starred restaurants in Padstow and Port Isaac, and the world-famous Eden Project to name just a couple. Water sports and other activities abound, or you can just relax on the beach or your private balcony with a glass of wine.

The accomodation was superb!
Before our travel date going to newquay, we had plans of exploring more outside places, but since the place is very homy, clean and with best sea view, we spent more time inside the flat. Every essentials are available. They have board games which my son enjoyed. Thank you so much as we had our quality time that we never experience in London. We will definitely back and book the same accomodation. The owner is very accomodating and made sure the transaction is smooth.. Thank you

Flat was clean and the communication from the owner, Niamh, was v good. The balcony has great views of Fistral beach and apart from the weather we were happy with our stay. Only small complaints were the quality of bedding and the building works taking place in the area

Lovely apartment in a great location the view over fistral beach 🏝️ is awesome saw some great sunsets 5mins if that from the beach on foot and a 20min walk to the town centre. Well equipped place comfy beds and a nice balcony.

This is an excellent property in a quiet location that is convenient for good beaches and a good route into and out of Newquay that avoids the busy town centre. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen that includes a washer/dryer.
The view of Fistral beach, which can be accessed in a 10 minute walk, is superb.
If we return to Newquay in the future we would use this apartment again.

We had a great experience. The apartment is lovely, clean, comfortable with great amenities. The location is ideal- fantastic views of the beach. Very close to the beach, and a short drive into town.
Communication with our hosts was super easy and they are so kind.

A well appointed, spacious apartment, perfect for the four of us. Great location 2 minute walk from Fistral and 10 mins into the town. Would definitely recommend

This is the 3rd or 4th time we've booked the apartment which probably tells a story! Always clean, tidy and comfortable with enough space for a family of 4 or 5. Its 5 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes walk into town which makes it ideal for an active break. The view from the balcony is fantastic we'll definitely stay again!

The property was exactly as it said on the Internet. The property is beautifully presented and modern. There was everything we needed for our holiday . We were minutes away from the beach and the view from the balcony was beautiful . Would highly recommend this property .

Really nice apartment with great views, close to Fistral and Crantock beaches and short walk into town. We would come again.

It fit our needs quite nicely. We like to walk. The apartment was just a mile into town for restaurants and grocery store. It was in a more residential and quiet area. Five minute walk to Fistral Beach, twenty minute walk to scenic Pentire Headland. The shower has a bit of a step up, so slightly challenging for the old folks but they made it work. Assigned gated parking a definite plus, the views spectacular. The owners were also very helpful with all of our inquiries. Oh and if you get Covid you can turf your spouse out to the pull out sofa. 😉

Easter at Fistral
The apartment at Ocean 1 is real gem and difficult to find fault. The apartment is clean, spacious, has wonderful views with a short but very enjoyable walk into Newquay. A great base for walks on the beach, surfing and enjoying the many bars and restaurants. Will definitely book again!

Great place, location good but not frontline to beach as I thought. Could do with information pack for visitors with directions to town centre. Also a smart tv would be nice.
Excellent facilities but no "little touches" as we have previously stayed in apartments that have bottles of wine, cake or a little something to welcome you. Was my birthday hence the time there, which was a shame

Sea View
Amazing views from the apartment over Fistral beach. Very good for us as we spent most days on Fistral and didn't have to worry about parking. Apartment light airy and spacious, comfortable beds and good showers. We used the sofa bed as there were six of us, good for 2 small children or 1 adult. There is also plenty of room for a blow up bed which we needed.

Wot A View
Apartment is stunning with amazing views.
The only problem we encountered were noisey neighbours, slamming and banging doors very late/early hours- this is in no way a reflection of owners or property - just sadly lack of thought.

The property was exactly as advertised and easy to access. Niamh and Jon purchased the property after my original booking and the process of rebooking could not have been easier. Was a perfect apartment for a week to relax and get away from things. Would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone else.
